Eugene Zinovyev is a student at the Tulane University School of Law. He is interested in copyright and free expression in the Internet age, as well as how technology affects the relationship between the state and its citizens. He graduated from UC Berkeley in 2006 with a degree in Political Economy of Industrialized Societies.
