Utah Passes Unconstitutional Internet Content Rules - Utah's governor is soon expected to sign a bill creating broad new restrictions over certain adult content online. The bill also contains ISP blocking requirements similar to those successfully challenged by CDT in Pennsylvania last year. CDT supports the goal of protecting kids online, but has objected to the serious constitutional and policy problems created by this bill. March 08, 2005
