CDT and OMB Watch Announce the "10 Most Wanted" Government Documents - At a press conference hosted by Senator John McCain (R-AZ) and Senator Patrick Leahy (D-VT), CDT and OMB Watch released a report detailing the 10 most egregious cases of government information missing in action due to the failure to use the Internet fully. The report also identified five federal government Web sites on the right track and steps to move the government forward toward greated openness.
