Voting Begins in ICANN Election - The electronic polls have opened in the election for new At-Large Directors of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers. Over 76,000 Internet users are registered to vote (registration is now closed), and five new Directors will be added to the ICANN Board. CDT's ICANN Candidate web site offers users the opportunity to get to know the candidates, and to discover their stances on the important issues facing ICANN. Voting will close on October 10.
