White House, DOJ Issue New Guidance on Withholding Information - As part of its ongoing effort to cut back on the amount of government information available to the public, the Bush Administration on March 19 issued new guidance encouraging agencies to withhold from the public not only classified information but also sensitive but unclassified broadly defined as information related to America's homeland security.
