The Internet in Transition
This Section

The President, Congress, and the Internet is version 1.0, a work-in-progress that we're inviting you to help us improve. The final product will be used as a transition document for the next administration as it considers its technology agenda. We hope that it provides a blueprint to protecting civil liberties online, and keeping the Internet open, innovative, and free.
